Bay Bowl is a 5 story waterfront building over two levels of parking in the Manette neighborhood of Bremerton with awesome 180 degree views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.  The project contains 186 units, 1 guest suites and parking for 204 cars. The average unit size is 697 s.f.   Bay Bowl’s amenity package includes a 3 story, 3 level, all glass space where the fitness center, library and community room are located. There is a rooftop garden with Bar-B-Q s. On the lowest level are the intimate waterfront co-working lounge.

The Beacon is a 4 story waterfront building over two levels of parking in the Manette neighborhood of Bremerton with awesome 180 degree views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.  The project contains 111 units, and parking for 114 cars. The average unit size is 579 s.f.   The Beacon has a fitness room on the first level and a rooftop community room with outdoor pavilions  with Bar-B-Q s. There is an outdoor view platform on the bluff off the NW corner of the building.
